TO:                                          All Assistant District Rotaract Representative, District Officers,

                                                Council Officers, Rotaractors, Interactors.

                                                                  

SUBJECT:                              District Convention 2012

1.      The Rotaract District Organization, RI D3860 will celebrate its District Convention 2012 on April 13-14, 2012 to be held at Tagum City, Philippines.

2.      The convention aims to reinvigorate leaders’ commitment to the ideals of Rotary and to upscale their skills and competencies through sharing of best practices among other service organizations.

3.      List hereunder are the following rates:

-          Until March 15, 2012 – P1, 500.00

-          Until April 6, 2012 – P1, 800.00

-          Until April 13, 2012 – P2, 000.00

·         Inclusive of 2 night accommodation, food and drinks (1 breakfast, 5 meals and 2 snacks, DISCON kits and T-shirt).

4.      All ADRR, Council Officers and District Officers are requested to campaign for attendance to the convention.

5.      Participants are advised to coordinate with your respective ADRRs.

6.      Please disseminate the content of this memorandum to all concerned.
